Beethoven’s 3rd Symphony, “Eroica”, is one of his most celebrated works, grounded in the Classical tradition with the emergence of Beethoven’s unique revolutionary style. The evening will also include a piece from famed 19th-century French composer Louise Farrenc and Brahms’ Schicksalslied with accompaniment from the CSO Chorus.
