Peter Golub

Composer Peter Golub’s film scores include These Amazing Shadows, Frozen River (2 Academy Award nominations), Countdown to Zero, The Great Debaters, Wordplay, American Gun, and Outrage. Theatre scores include Broadway productions such as The Heiress (with Jessica Chastain), Time Stands Still (with Laura Linney), Come Back Little Sheba, and Hedda Gabler. Golub has also worked on numerous off-Broadway and regional theatre productions, including NY Shakespeare Festival (Othello, Twelfth Night, Henry IV, Richard II, Romeo & Juliet) as well as ten years as Composer-in-residence with Charles Ludlam's legendary Ridiculous Theatrical Company. His concert works have been performed throughout the U.S. and he has written four ballet scores. For the last twelve years he has been Director of the Sundance Film Music Program.
